quickly and easily by way of Visual Support. Visual Support is based on Assisted Reality, which allows our
service engineers to repair faults together with you, without having to come out to your site.
How we resolve service calls by Visual Support
Visual Support essentially works as follows: one of our service engineers connects to your smartphone or
tablet to view the issue using the camera. This requires a mobile device, the relevant app and mobile internet
or WiFi at the respective site.
As soon as a service issue or a problem arises at the place of installation, contact our technical support as
usual and they will then connect to the app and your camera. The engineer is then able to check the situation
on the ground, view the technology and help you solve the problem. This may include audiovisual information
from our engineer, such as markings that they can save in the app.
This guarantees quick, direct troubleshooting.
