Work with a future

Opportunities after your apprenticeship

We rely on the know-how of our employees, their experience and the expertise of the various departments. That’s why it’s important to us to offer you future-proof prospects in our company both during and after your apprenticeship.

The purpose of every apprenticeship position at WEBER is to secure new skilled employees and specialists for the company. Ideally, we therefore aim to keep on our apprentices after they finish their professional qualification. Attractive further training options and specific development of your talent support this idea of sustainable personnel planning.

Dual study courses

Combine theory with operational practice

Our dual university scheme allows you to undertake an educational programme comprising vocational training and a
course of study, resulting in a double qualification. The advantages of this dual approach include a high level of practical
relevance, a short course of study and the opportunity to take on a position of responsibility at WEBER immediately
after your studies.

Start your future with an apprenticeship as an  electronics engineer, industrial mechanic or mechatronics engineer
whilst completing your studies in electrical engineering and IT, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering
at the universities in Hof or Coburg.

The placement term and the dissertation are also closely integrated into current operational practice in terms of tasks and approach.
