Discover the AE series! With a lightweight design, a powerful servo motor and a compact material feed, the AE series is designed for maximum flexibility and efficiency. Our customized configuration adapts to your individual requirements: From extrusion speed and workpiece dimensions to the properties of the thermoplastic materials processed.

Our AE series offers an impressive range of features: different versions from AE 16 to AE 30, customizable die geometries, additional melt sensors for ultimate process control and high temperature capability up to 450 °C.

Facts about AE-Series: 

The AE series is characterized by its versatility and performance. It processes thermoplastics up to 450 °C, fiber-filled mixtures and recycled materials. The optimized flake screw geometry ensures linear output characteristics. A self-cooled AC synchronous servo motor with 20-bit optical position encoder ensures precise control.

The material conveying system is based on the WEBER AE Venturi system, but can also be combined with other dryers and feed systems. The temperature-controlled, water-cooled feed zone supports the variety of materials. The extruder drive can be operated via the main machine or an independent Siemens control system. These features make the AE series an ideal solution for a wide range of applications.
