Follow-up-process to
WEBER sanding machines
This system complements the follow-up-process to the WEBER sanding machines and thus offers a perfect interface to the other processing steps of the workpieces. The handling system, consisting of the core components like the industrial robot, Vision System and the conveyor, localizes and identifies the workpieces entering in the cell. They will be teached fully automated and intelligently palletized on an open space.
Human Machine Interface
Via the user interface touch panel "Rob Simple Control" the operator can easily activate the teach mode as well as monitor the current process. These are gripped intelligently depending on the workpiece center of gravity and geometry. The gripping point of the workpieces is automatically recognized by the system, so that the operator does not need any programming or robot knowledge. This process has been applied for a patent!
Automatic tool changer
The system can be equipped with various tools that ensure the handling of a wide variety of workpieces. The determination of the gripping point is carried out autonomously with the entire tool portfolio, without the machine operator having to perform only one work action.

Yes, after a brief instruction, operation by completely unskilled employees is possible. These instructions will be given at the customer’s site in the course of the commissioning. Certainly, brief production support would be ideal, to clarify any remaining questions.
The cells are equipped with a protective fence which serves as process and system protection. The system is tested by the CE representative, who then issues a CE Declaration of Conformity.
Certainly, this is possible.
This solution can be used in connection with all systems in which workpieces need to be destacked from the conveyor belt. This means that the solution is completely independent from the material and industrial segment.
