Planetary head “P6”
The “P6” planetary head unit offers the perfect and most economical solution for uniform and all-round edge rounding on all internal and external contours. The patented, double-row planetary head system “P6” is characterized by a particularly large overlapping area of the individual tools and therefore requires no additional oscillation movement. Thanks to the sealed planetary heads, the system is particularly low-wear and low-maintenance. The brushes always work at the optimum angle on the workpiece, which ensures high efficiency. With our patented WEBER “P6” solution, the tools of the adjacent planetary head gears overlap seamlessly, avoiding gaps during processing. This unit is equipped with an electric adjustment that enables fast and precise positioning. It can be activated and deactivated via a program and can be precisely positioned and readjusted during operation.
Flexibility and versatility
The “P6” planetary head enables the use of different tools for different applications. Possible tools include slag hammers, wire brushes or profile sanding discs. This versatility makes the “P6” a flexible solution for diverse machining requirements and ensures that a wide range of tasks can be completed efficiently and precisely.

Available in a working width of 300 mm, the machine can be equipped with one or two planetary heads on request, which offer maximum precision and speed thanks to a high-quality servo adjustment. The modern control technology enables all parameters to be saved, eliminating the need for manual settings. The machine is also equipped with an automatic adjustment system for the planetary heads, which automatically compensates for tool wear. This means that the WEBER TNA can not only run fully automatically in 4-shift operation, it is also particularly low-maintenance and economical.
