WEBER KSL 4-1350 wood sanding machine
Optimized for industrial production
The WEBER KSL 4-1350 wood sanding machine has been designed and constructed especially for use in industrial mass production. Its feed speed is continuously adjustable up to a maximum of 50 metres per hour. WEBER will be exhibiting its KSL 4-1350 at LIGNA in Hanover, Germany, from 15 to 19 May 2023.
It doesn't get more universal than this: the WEBER KSF series offers the ideal tools for fast and efficient wood, veneer and lacquer sanding. The machines can be equipped with up to eight sanding stations and they offer two working widths: 1350 and 1600 mm.
The KSL 4-1350 wood sanding machine is optimized for use in industrial mass production. Firstly, WEBER's design features mechanical elements and a drive that make the machine suitable for permanent operation: 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. And secondly, the KSL 4-1350 can work at a very high speed if required - its feed speed can be continuously adjusted up to a maximum of 50 metres per hour.
A standard feature of the KSL 4-1350 is its four workstations and working width of 1350 mm. It is suitable for machining both veneer and solid wood. The individual workstations can be installed in any random order to enable the machine to be optimally configured for the actual requirements. A special feature is that this machine can add textured and optical effects to surfaces.
Like all other WEBER sanding machines, the KSL 4-1350 also has a "WEBER SLT" function (self-learning sanding belt), ensuring that the machine automatically adjusts the new sanding belt to the correct settings when belts are replaced.
The advantages of the WEBER KSL 4-1350 wood sanding machine:
- Optimized for industrial mass production
- A continuously adjustable feed speed of up to 50 metres/hour
