For more than 60 years, we, the Hans Weber Maschinenfabrik, have been developing and producing extruders, extrusion lines and extruder screws.

Our machines are used in the fields of, among others, pipe extrusion, extrusion of technical plastics, window profile extrusion and granulation. In addition to development and production we place great value on the connectivity of our machines, and with the MES-solution NEXXT365 we offer a combined solution of a production control system and manufacturing execution system.

Together with the synergies of our other divisions, Additive, Automations, and Grinding, we are able to provide complete production processes from a single source.

Extruder solutions for manufacturers with the highest demands

We offer a nearly 100% vertical range of manufacture. In other words: already during the conception, from the designing of the frame, we are focused on your demands and requirements of our extrusion lines. In doing so, we plan the complete extrusion lines up to the destacking machines. At our location in Kronach, we produce extruders and pipe heads, and for cooling system, exhaust system, sawing and destackers we rely on our experienced and approved partners in Europe.
