We offer tribological systems for different material configurations, DUO-systems for efficient utilisation of the set-up area and the increase of the specific capacities for set-up areas or special customer-specific designs.
In doing so, we select the necessary process unit specifically for the respective output window. We also make it possible to adapt modern co-extruders to old WEBER extruders or extruders made by other manufacturers.
With our extruders, you will be able to extrude pipes of a wide variety of polymers. From pipes of PEX-A via PP, PE PE-RT and PP-R to PVC – we have the appropriate product in our portfolio. For this purpose, we produce individual tribological systems for a high percentage of recycled materials and plan the complete pipe production line. Benefit from our long-term experience with X-lines, WEBER pipe heads for multiple-layer pipes and our patented solutions, e.g. IF-screw and wave screw.
We offer application-specific and individual solutions for extrusion with different polymers, compounds, and compound systems and develop adapted co-extrusion lines, as well as individual tribological systems. Benefit from our know-how as a market leader for PVC extrusion in Europe with long-term experience, high vertical range of manufacturing and innovative solutions. For the downstream units, we work together with renowned manufacturers worldwide and can thus offer complete extrusion lines from a single source for our customers.
We are developing economic solutions for the PVC granulation: WEBER lines are characterised by durable components (thanks to our high vertical range of manufacture), easy handling and high output capacities for economical manufacturing on your side.
