Our modular palletizing and sorting system offers comprehensive solutions for sorting, stacking and handling workpieces. The handling system, consisting of the core components industrial robot, optical recognition system and conveyor belt, localizes and identifies the workpieces entering the cell. These are taught in fully automatically and placed on a Euro pallet in an intelligent and optimized manner. In addition, our system enables conveyor belts to be unloaded independently of the upstream machining process. The HS-6-2000 was specially developed to meet the challenges of handling larger and heavier workpieces. This innovative handling system is based on a powerful industrial robot, an advanced optical recognition system and an efficient conveyor belt. The automation technology enables the precise localization and identification of incoming workpieces. These are automatically learned and intelligently and optimally placed on a Euro pallet.
The HS-6-2000 can be seamlessly combined with a pallet station and can be easily integrated into existing systems thanks to its modular design. The 6-axis industrial robot from Stäubli ensures impressively low cycle times, which further increases the efficiency of the entire system. This advanced automation solution sets new standards in the handling and processing of larger and heavier workpieces.
