Double-sided processing necessary?
A separate series has been developed for processing plate-shaped materials. As these sanding machines are subject to different requirements than conventional standard machines, their design differs significantly. The machine concept is designed for multi-shift operation and machine interlinking. The drive power per sanding belt can reach well over 100 kW and max. feed speed. The cutting speeds must also be adapted to the changed requirements.

For the processing of veneer and plywood panels, the sanding pad stations can also be equipped with electronically controlled link pressure beams. The drive units are separated from the machine frame and combined as a separate unit. This eliminates sanding errors caused by vibrations in the machine frame.
