The MDK series is the special series for double-sided processing of fiber and panel materials. It includes all the equipment features of the SDK series and also offers high power reserves with external sanding drives with up to 160 kW drive power for all sanding requirements placed on the machine. Thanks to the large number of available working widths and options, the M-DK can be perfectly integrated into any production line. Up to eight processing stations are possible thanks to the modular column design.

WEBER has developed three separate series for processing plate-shaped materials. As these sanding machines are subject to different requirements than conventional standard machines, their design differs significantly. For the processing of veneer and plywood panels, the sanding pad stations can also be equipped with electronically controlled link pressure beams. The drive units are separated from the machine frame and combined as a separate unit. This eliminates sanding errors caused by vibrations in the machine frame.
