In the example shown, the workpieces are conveyed to the inlet of the deburring machine after the first grinding pass and then picked up by the robot and fed to the deburring machine in combination with a part turner for processing the underside of the workpiece before the workpieces are fed to the subsequent process after both sides have been processed.

This tailor-made customer solution is an innovative handling system for unloading a conveyor belt that has an automatic infeed and outfeed solution. The workpieces are intelligently stacked in mesh boxes to ensure an efficient and smooth process flow.
 

After the straightening machine, the metal workpieces are cut to length and fed to the robotic stacking system on a specially designed conveyor line, which ensures even and gentle transportation. At the end of the line, the workpieces are precisely aligned before the robot picks them up with the utmost accuracy and places them in customer-specific special load carriers in order to precisely meet the customer's specific requirements and the subsequent logistics processes
 

The robot grips the workpiece precisely and positions it exactly for the sanding process. After sanding, the workpiece is transported back via a conveyor system and picked up again by the robot to continue processing on the opposite side. A powerful folding turner handles the effortless turning of workpieces weighing several hundred kilograms. The robot then positions the workpiece for double-sided processing on the sanding machine in such a way that even wear of the abrasives is ensured. Once processing on both sides is complete, the finished workpiece is placed on a Euro pallet.
