Our workpieces are fed to the magnet-based turner using a state-of-the-art handling system. This turner handles both the precise turning of the workpieces and their smooth feeding to the downstream machine. This method of workpiece turning enables particularly efficient and fast processing of small magnetic parts and thus optimizes production processes.

Our gripper-based turning solution offers an efficient method for processing small parts. With our handling system, the workpieces are fed to the turning device, turned by the device and then picked up again by the handling system. Thanks to the continuous interaction between the turning and handling system, we can guarantee impressive productivity and process stability.

Our flip-turn technology is ideal for large workpiece geometries made of any material and thus offers a versatile solution for a wide variety of industrial applications. Using a precision handling system, the workpieces are carefully laid down and then turned to the opposite side by a pneumatically controlled mechanism. After this turning process, the workpieces are picked up again by the handling system and fed to the next process step.

With robotic turning, the workpiece is first picked up by the robot, either by gripping or suction. Once it has been securely picked up, it is placed on an intermediate storage station. The robot then moves to the opposite side, where it picks up the workpiece again to place it in the new position. This method is particularly efficient for medium to large workpieces.
