WEBER introduces the new KSE series of grinding machines – compact, modular, and designed for professional use

Hans Weber Maschinenfabrik GmbH will be presenting a world first at HOLZ-HANDWERK 2026 in Nuremberg: the all-new WEBER KSE (“Kreuzschliff Easy”) series of sanding machines—a compact, modular, and affordably priced machine designed specifically for carpentry and joinery shops.

Visitors can find WEBER at HOLZ-HANDWERK 2026 in Hall 9 at Booth 9-206. There, they will experience the new KSE series in action for the first time.

With the KSE, WEBER is specifically targeting craft businesses that expect high surface quality, robust machine technology, and ease of use. The series combines proven WEBER technologies from the industrial sector into a standardized, cost-efficient machine concept.

Designed for the trade – compact, modular, powerful

The KSE covers all common applications in the woodworking trade:
• Calibration • Fine sanding
• Varnish and effect sanding
• Texturing
• Profile and edge processing

The machine can be configured with 2, 3, or 4 units. At the trade show, WEBER is presenting a three-unit version live for the first time:

1. Cross belt “C” – for efficient cross-grinding
2. Wide belt “M” with patented CBF technology – for surfaces free of oscillation marks
3. Planetary head “P2” – for profiling, brushing, and edge processing

With a working width of 1,350 mm, the KSE is ideally suited for typical workpiece sizes in craft workshops.

Focus on Value for Money for the Modern Trades

The KSE is deliberately designed to focus on the functions that are actually used in the day-to-day work of carpenters and joiners. The result is an attractive price-performance ratio—without compromising on quality, stability, or workmanship.

This makes the sanding machine particularly appealing to craft businesses looking to modernize their production—from single-part manufacturing to small-batch production.
