Our unloading solution is characterized by its modular design, which enables flexible integration into existing production environments. This adaptability facilitates connection to various predecessor machines. An outstanding feature is the integrated roller conveyor which, in combination with a pallet station, enables fully automated unloading. This allows workpieces to be transported efficiently between production stages without manual intervention. The system also offers an impressive stacking height, which allows a large number of workpieces to be stacked on a pallet, enabling large quantities to be processed in a single operation. Our technology is unique and patented by us (patent number: 10 2019 118 917). It enables the automated repositioning of workpieces and improves production efficiency. (EN102019118917B4)

Thanks to their modular design, our handling systems can be easily integrated into a wide range of predecessor machines. By integrating a driven conveyor line, it is possible to combine this with a pallet station, which in turn enables complete automation of production and also greatly reduces the set-up effort for load carrier infeed and outfeed.

Roller conveyor
A roller conveyor at the pallet infeed can serve as an additional buffer space for empty or loaded pallets and, in combination with an impact protection, offers protection against damage e.g. by industrial trucks.
Pallet station
The integration of a pallet station enables the completely unmanned production and is available from WEBER in different variants with any number of stations. Loading and unloading with driverless transport systems is also possible with this option, whereby a high degree of automation in company logistics is achieved.
Pallet magazine
The pallet magazine enables the provision of more than 20 load carriers and thus provides further relief for the company‘s logistics.
Transfer roller conveyor
The transfer roller conveyor enables the manual handling of oversized workpieces and is compactly adapted to the size of a europallet, which means that it can for example also be used in combination with an automated pallet station.
Tools
With the large number of different robot tools, a wide variety of different workpiece geometries can be handled. In addition, a suitable grip point is calculated automatically without any intervention by the operator. Another advantage is the adjustment options for the various tools. For example, the vacuum tools can be equipped with a wide variety of suction cups or the distance between the two tools can be adapted to the respective workpiece.

Complete process automation through a combination of loading and unloading solution
In addition to our autonomous unloading solution, we also offer an autonomous loading solution. By combining both systems, the entire sanding process of your WEBER sanding machine is fully automated.
Our advanced system picks up the parts to be processed, performs a turning and thickness measurement of the workpieces if necessary and then positions them precisely on your sanding machine.
The positioning of the workpieces on the feed table ensures even wear of the abrasives and maximum service life. The processed workpieces are then placed on a Euro pallet, completely free of teach and space-optimized. This not only optimizes your production processes, but also saves valuable time and resources.
