Our autonomous loading cell offers an efficient and precise solution for the automatic loading of your production line. Intelligent image processing in combination with robot and control technology ensure a completely teach-free and process-optimized feeding of your workpieces, which guarantees consistent and smooth further processing of the workpieces. Options
A roller conveyor at the pallet feeder can serve as an additional buffer space for empty or loaded pallets and – in combination with a bumper – prevents damage, from industrial trucks, for example. The integration of a pallet station facilitates completely unmanned production and is available from WEBER in different versions with any number of stations. Loading and unloading with driverless transport systems is also possible with this option, n order to achieve a high degree of automation in business logistics.

Tools
With the large number of different robot tools in combination with our automated tool changer, a wide variety of different workpiece geometries can be handled. In addition, a suitable grip point is calculated automatically without any intervention by the operator. Another advantage is the adjustment options on the various tools. For example, the vacuum tools can be equipped with a wide variety of suction cups or the distance between the dual suction cups can be adapted to the respective workpiece.

Complete process automation through a combination of loading and unloading solution
In addition to our autonomous loading solution, we also offer an autonomous unloading solution. By combining both systems, the entire sanding process of your sanding machine is fully automated.
Our advanced system picks up the parts to be processed, performs a turning and thickness measurement of the workpieces if necessary and then positions them precisely on your WEBER sanding machine.
The positioning of the workpieces on the feed table ensures even wear of the abrasives and maximum service life. The processed workpieces are then placed on a Euro pallet, completely free of teach and space-optimized. This not only optimizes your production processes, but also saves valuable time and resources.

The cells are equipped with a protective fence, which serves as both process and system protection. The system is tested by the CE representative and a CE declaration of conformity is subsequently issued.
