On the northern edge of the Sauerland region, just under an hour's drive east of Dortmund, lies the industrial area of Ense. Gottschalk Umformtechnik is based here, in this rather rural region. The company is regarded by its customers as an innovative metal processor with high quality standards. This includes high-performance machinery - and a WEBER grinding machine.

It is no coincidence that the Managing Director of Gottschalk Umformtechnik, together with his team of employees, has managed to make the company a permanent fixture in the industry. Today, Gottschalk enjoys an excellent reputation in Germany and beyond as a specialist in punching, laser, milling and forming technology.
 

Among other things, Gottschalk produces technical lighting and loudspeaker systems - for public buildings, airports, railroad stations and supermarkets. The company builds wall boxes for electric buses and trucks, technical lights, floodlights and mobile power stations for ships as well as a wide range of products in the field of rail and track technology.
 

"When we took over the company from insolvency in 2004 with just under a dozen employees and a few machines in need of repair, only thermoforming machines were produced here.
